By registering for or participating in Zoon Run ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration. If you do not agree, do not register.
Participation in Zoon Run is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Incomplete registrations will not be processed. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in disqualification without refund.
Each registration is personal and valid only for the registered individual. Bib transfers are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in your chosen race category. You acknowledge that running long distances carries inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, cardiac events, and dehydration.
Zoon Run will have medical personnel and first-aid support on course, but we do not assume liability for any health-related incidents during the event.
All participants must adhere to the official race rules communicated before the event. Key rules include:
By participating, you release and discharge Zoon Run, its organisers, sponsors, volunteers, and associated personnel from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or death arising from your participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
You participate in Zoon Run entirely at your own risk.
All official photography, videography, branding, logos, and creative materials associated with Zoon Run are the intellectual property of the event organisers. Unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.
Participants grant Zoon Run a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use any photographs or videos in which they appear for promotional purposes.
The organisers reserve the right to modify the race route, start time, categories, or any other aspect of the event at any time due to safety, logistical, or force majeure reasons. Participants will be notified via registered email. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
Participants may be disqualified for any of the following reasons:
Disqualified participants are not eligible for any refund, medal, or prize.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in Zoon Run shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir.
