Policy

1. General Policy

All race registrations for Zoon Run are confirmed upon successful payment. Due to the nature of event planning — including logistics, bibs, timing chips, medals, and venue commitments — registrations are generally non-refundable.

We encourage all participants to register only after confirming their ability to attend.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that Zoon Run is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to extreme weather, security concerns, or government directives — the following applies:

• Postponement: Your registration will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for postponements.
• Full cancellation: A partial refund (up to 70% of the registration fee) will be processed after deducting non-recoverable event costs. Timelines for refunds in this case will be communicated via email.

3. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not show up on race day without prior notice or cancellation are not eligible for any refund or bib transfer.
